The format
Everyone starts on the AI round in daylight. Judges cut the field at 4:30 PM. Fifteen teams stay for the night, and the night is where the city problems come out.
Round 01 · Daytime · Selection
Six AI domains. Each one carries five to seven problem statements and you pick whichever you want — complete freedom. Statements are revealed at the opening ceremony, not before.
Round 02 · Overnight · Seven phases
You are handed a broken real-world case. Solve what is actually wrong with it and that answer decides your city domain. Then validate, build, and survive a surprise constraint at midnight.

Yes. Any college, any department, any year of study. You do not have to be from Jeppiaar.
Yes. You register as a team of 2 or 3, with every member’s details entered at once. Teams cannot be changed after registration closes.
Round 1 is ₹150 per team, paid at registration. If you are shortlisted for Round 2 (overnight), an additional ₹200 per team is collected. Fees are per team, not per person. Only refreshments are provided — please arrange meals on your own.
No. Only refreshments are provided during the 24 hours. Please arrange meals on your own for lunch, dinner and breakfast breaks.
No. The domains are public so you can prepare, but the actual problem statements are revealed at the opening ceremony on 25 September.
Round 1 ends with evaluation at 4:30 PM and 15 teams are announced at 5:30 PM. Shortlisted teams continue into the overnight round.
Yes, selected teams stay overnight at the venue. Accommodation is arranged.
