Before you ask a coordinator
Can students from other colleges take part?
Yes. Any college, any department, any year of study. You do not have to be from Jeppiaar.
Do I need a team before I register?
Yes. You register as a team of 2 or 3, with every member’s details entered at once. Teams cannot be changed after registration closes.
How much is the entry fee?
Round 1 is ₹150 per team, paid at registration. If you are shortlisted for Round 2 (overnight), an additional ₹200 per team is collected. Fees are per team, not per person. Only refreshments are provided — please arrange meals on your own.
Will meals be provided at the venue?
No. Only refreshments are provided during the 24 hours. Please arrange meals on your own for lunch, dinner and breakfast breaks.
Do we get the problem statements in advance?
No. The domains are public so you can prepare, but the actual problem statements are revealed at the opening ceremony on 25 September.
What happens if we are not shortlisted?
Round 1 ends with evaluation at 4:30 PM and 15 teams are announced at 5:30 PM. Shortlisted teams continue into the overnight round.
Do we stay the night at the venue?
Yes, selected teams stay overnight at the venue. Accommodation is arranged.
How do we pay?
Direct bank transfer of ₹150 (Round 1) to the official Indian Bank account shown above. Upload the transfer screenshot on the registration page and a coordinator verifies it. Round 2 fee of ₹200 is collected only if your team is shortlisted.
What do we submit at the end?
A working prototype plus a presentation, demonstrated live in front of the judging panel — along with impact metrics and a business case.
